New and fully equipped apartments, with designed interiors, in a quiet part of Rogoznica (Zatoglav), with large

balconies/terraces and stunning sea view.

 

Terms

 

Except by special agreement, arrivals and departures are possible only on Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Except by special arrangement, minimum stay is 7 days. Next possible duration of stay is 13 days (arrival on Sunday - departure on Saturday two weeks later), then 14 days (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday).

 

Entering the apartment ("check in") is on the date of arrival, after 15:00 p.m. Guests should leave the apartment ("check out") on the date of departure, until 10:00 am.

 

Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the rental price is mandatory and should be paid within 3 working days from the date of reservation. Booking will be confirmed only after the advance payment. Advance payment should be executed by money transfer to the bank account specified in the notification of the tenant.

 

Cancellation with full refund of the advance payment is possible until 90 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation after the deadline, the advance payment amount shall be returned (minus the cost of transfers) in the case of reservation of the same term by another guest.

 

The remaining 70% of the amount of rent should be paid in cash upon arrival, before entering the apartment. Security deposit in the amount of 100 EUR in cash, is mandatory before entering the apartment. The security deposit shall be returned to the guest on departure date if there has been no damage.

 

House rules

 

- Smoking (except on the balcony or terrace), pets, parties or events and noisy behavior are not allowed
- It is not allowed to take things (bathroom towels, glasses, etc.) out of the apartment and to enter into the apartment wet or with wet items directly from the beach
