Location
Rogoznica was created as a fishing village on a small wooded island which is only 100m distant from the sea coast, located within a long sheltered bay which on all sides surrounds the island. A fascinating natural beauty, small coves within the bay and the turquoise blue sea have attracted the inhabitants of the surrounding major cities to build holiday homes and weekend houses and the settlement from the beginning of the 1970s began to spread along the coast of the Rogoznica Bay. However, the old center of the village on the island, with its stone houses and narrow streets, gives the place a permanent stamp of the Dalmatian fisherman's village.

In the late spring and especially in summer months, Rogoznica thrives with life and attracts with its numerous restaurants, cafes and shops. In the centre there is an open market, fish market, supermarkets, bank, post office and luxury marina with all amenities. In autumn and winter the place descends into serenity and relaxation that invigorates, and summer bustle is replaced by walkers in long sunsets.
Our house is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, a settlement of Zatoglav, located 5 minutes drive from the village center. The house is located on the sea coast, with a beautiful view of the Rogoznica Island and the whole bay. Concreate plateou - the beach in front of the house, is at 15 metres distance from the apartment. The location offers peace, relaxation, swimming, sunbathing and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere.
Due to its perfect location, Rogoznica offers the possibility of excursions to National parks Krka and Kornati and to nearby cities Primošten, Šibenik, Trogir and Split.
